Receptionist

Responsibilities:
• Act as the initial contact point for our company, answering phone calls in a detail-oriented manner and directing them to the appropriate staff.
• Greet and guide visitors appropriately, maintaining a welcoming and detail-oriented environment.
• Handle the sorting and distribution of incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.
• Manage front desk operations effectively, ensuring the area is neat and presentable with all necessary materials.
• Use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word for data entry tasks and email correspondence.
• Order necessary office supplies and lunch arrangements, ensuring the office runs smoothly.
• Assist in organizing company events, contributing to a positive and cohesive company culture.
• Schedule appointments and meetings as necessary, managing calendars for efficient use of company time.
• Maintain organized filing systems for efficient retrieval of information.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries with detail and efficiency.• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role or relevant field.
• Proficiency in answering multi-line phone system.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience with data entry tasks.
• Capable of handling email correspondence effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse groups of people.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word.
• Ability to organize files systematically and efficiently.
• Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
