Join Our Team as a Mobile Facilities Maintenance Engineer

Do you enjoy keeping facilities running at their best while traveling between locations? We’re looking for a skilled Mobile Facilities Maintenance Engineer to oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of systems across multiple sites in the Denver area. If you’re technically inclined, love variety, and have a knack for solving problems, this could be the perfect role for you

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, and Control systems.

  • Travel between multiple facilities to ensure systems are functioning optimally and up to standard.

  • Manage preventative maintenance tasks, handle inventory control, and oversee contractor work.

  • Clean, inspect, calibrate, and adjust equipment to keep it running efficiently.

  • Record equipment readings, make necessary adjustments, and perform repairs to maintain system performance.

  • Adhere to safety protocols, ensuring safe storage and use of materials and maintaining clean work environments.

  • Monitor the quality and cost of external maintenance work and ensure compliance with safety procedures.

What You’ll Need:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.

  • 2-4 years of experience in maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.

  • Expertise in one area (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing), with the ability to troubleshoot across multiple systems.

  • EPA 608 Type II Certification is required.

  • A valid driver’s license for travel between multiple sites.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and other basic computer applications.

Pay Details: 39.38 to 42.40 per hour
