LHH is partnering with a company in Beaverton looking for a detail-oriented and organized Staff Accountant to join their accounting team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the organization’s financial operations and develop in a supportive environment. Below are more details.

In this role, you will:

  • Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring proper documentation and accuracy.

  • Reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements, and credit card transactions.

  • Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals and account analysis.

  • Maintain and update financial records, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies.

To be a fit, you must have:

  • 2-3 years of experience working as a staff accountant

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas).

  • Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Employment Type: Temp to Hire

Compensation: $30-35/hr. USD

Work Hours: 8am- 5pm

Location: Beaverton- In office



Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
