LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing client in Noblesville, Indiana seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist. This role will support a growing accounting team and report directly to the Accounting Manager.

 

Responsibilities:

· Accurately record and post customer payments

· Manage client accounts, A/R balances and resolve discrepancies

· Generate weekly reports and account statements

· Resolve account inquiries, document payments and establish payment plans

 

Qualifications:

· 2+ years of prior collections, accounts receivable and customer service background

· Associates or Bachelor's degree - OR - relevant accounting work history

· High organization, detail oriented, and work with high accuracy to maintain records and data

· MS Office Suite proficiency including Excel

· Contract to Hire

Pay Details: $48,000.00 to $52,000.00 per year
