Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at NavitsPartners. As a Licensed Practice Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care services in accordance with legal, ethical and institution standards.
About the Role- The ideal candidate will have excellent assessment and planning skills, with the ability to implement and evaluate nursing care plans.
- You will be responsible for assessing and identifying high-risk symptoms/behaviors in patients, including suicidal risk, homicidal risk, and risk for verbal and/or physical abuse.
- In addition to providing patient care, you will also play a key role in maintaining facility security and participate in regular safety and preparedness training.
- A competitive salary of $120,000 per year.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current RN license and relevant experience in a correctional facility setting.
