Bilingual Customer Service Representative-CWB

Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through efficient handling of customer requests via telephone and email
• Maintain and uphold performance and quality standards
• Work collaboratively with team members and business partners to ensure a positive customer experience
• Analyze information to make appropriate decisions and solve problems, ensuring a positive phone experience for customers
• Navigate multiple systems and applications to research and analyze customer inquiries
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Learn and apply the basic concepts of personal lines insurance principles and products offered to our customers
• Respond to customers in a compassionate manner, identifying and exceeding their expectations
• Take ownership of customer requests, handling them in a detail oriented, efficient, and manner
• Assist with special requests as needed and complete additional tasks or projects as assigned.• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and another language
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering high-quality service
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of operations and research methodologies
• Experience in handling inbound and outbound calls
• Familiarity with insurance policies and procedures, including claim administration
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
• Understanding of benefit functions and hiring processes
• Knowledge of revenue accounting and ability to perform ad hoc financial analyses
• Knowledge of property insurance is a plus
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Understanding of basic business principles
• Strong computer skills, including the ability to use software applications
• Willingness to work onsite as required
• Strong decision-making skills
• Knowledge of underwriting procedures and guidelines
• Understanding of salary structures and ability to work effectively with business partners
• Experience in managing disability claims
• Commitment to maintaining high quality standards in all work.
