Responsibilities

• Set up Roll Form machines according to blueprints to shape and form metal stock into parts or products.
• Read and understand how to use measuring devices such as micrometer, calipers, and tape measures.
• Produce product for First Piece Inspection
• Troubleshoot issues that arise during production
• Tear down Roll Form machines upon completion of job
• Maintain organization in Tool Crib
• All duties as assigned by Supervisor

Qualifications

• Must be capable of reading blueprints
• Must be capable of lifting heavy tooling
• Must have experience with manufacturing machinery
• Must be mechanically inclined and be able to troubleshoot issues
• Must be capable of using various measuring devices as necessary for verifying dimensions, hole locations, etc.
• Must be able to maintain steady pace throughout the day
• Must be able to meet production standards
• Must be able to meet attendance standards
• Ability to follow written work instructions

Experience
• Machine Operator: 3 years (Required)
• Manufacturing: 5 years (Required)
• Industrial mechanic: 1 year (Required)
