We are currently seeking applicants for an Accounts Payable Accountant role with a great company in Burlington This role is responsible for managing the payables, maintaining vendor relationships, and supporting the accounting team with various accounting tasks.

Job Duties:

  • Managing accounts payable using accounting software (NetSuite)

  • Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors

  • Review, verify, and process vendor invoices and check requests

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors

  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies

  • Monitor and maintain vendor accounts, ensuring timely payments

  • Processing due invoices for payments

  • Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in accounting or a related field

  • Experience with NetSuite is a plus

  • 3+ years of accounts payable experience

Pay is dependent on experience but between $50,000-60,000/year. If you would like to be considered for this role, apply now
