Job Description

We are seeking two candidates to join our Assembly Lines team. The role involves working within a specialized hub, operating a mini press to secure hubs to blades, assembling the barring on blades, storing finished blades, and preparing them for shipping.

Responsibilities
  • Operate a mini press to secure hubs to blades
  • Assemble the barring on blades
  • Store finished blades and prepare them for shipping
  • Inspect blades for quality defects
  • Rotate amongst various stations during 10-hour shifts
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment
Essential Skills
  • General labor and production experience
  • Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to measure accurately
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Ability to lift 40-50 lbs
  • Comfortable standing for 10-hour shifts
  • Willingness to be trained on operating rhythms and team processes

Work Environment

Work in a clean and organized environment that includes a production line, welding department, shipping/receiving, and engineering department. Be prepared for occasional heat from the furnace/oven. Shifts are available in three options: 1st shift (6:00am - 2:00pm), 2nd shift (2:00pm – 10:00pm), and 3rd shift (10:00pm - 6:00am). On the first day, orientation starts at 8 AM and includes a tour, lunch, and observation of current employees.
