· 3 - 5 years (Journeyman level) of experience with Electrical systems in an industrial manufacturing environment.
· Previous experience at the Supervisor level
· Facility or Plant equipment installation experience in a manufacturing environment or equipment installation in a new facility or plant experience.
· Technical experience with wiring and troubleshooting
Ability to move through and around a large industrial manufacturing plant for many hours of the day

 

Nice to Have Skills and Experience

Pluses:
· Electrical license
· Technical associate degree or higher or equivalent experience
· Experience in Pre-Production, New plant or facility startup experience
· Experience with Production Processes including Standardized Work (STW) and Job Instruction Sheets (JIS)
· Experience gathering and analyzing quality data from multiple sources
· Experience with high volume production in a clean room environment.

 

Job Description *

Insight Global is seeking an Electrical focused Supervisor work onsite for a client in Liberty, North Carolina. The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for planning and executing machine integration into mass production, including leveling, adjustment, and quality conformation for their assigned work area. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuously improving safety, quality, and productivity. Additionally, they will develop detailed schedules for their assigned projects and participate in project planning with the Engineering team.
· Plan and execute machine integration into mass production, leveling, adjustment and quality conformation for assigned work area.
· Perform basic administrative skills including documentation of work performed by written/electronic methods.
· Develop detailed schedules for assigned work area / project.
· Supporting Machine production trials at vendors and internal to Toyota
· Verify Safety of Equipment per MMR/MMS (NFPA79 and ISO standards)
