Title of Position – Restaurant Training Specialist

Job Description: The role of Restaurant Training Specialist involves assessing training needs to identify areas for improvement, creating engaging training materials such as presentations and eLearning modules, and collaborating with the Leadership Team to ensure content accuracy. The Training Specialist will also work closely with the Director of Operations to deliver pilot programs and refine content based on feedback. Additionally, this position includes observing employees in the field to provide constructive feedback, maintaining training records, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

Qualifications:

· At least five years of leadership experience in a full-service dining environment.

· Strong skills in analysis and problem resolution.

· Meticulous attention to detail and outstanding organizational capabilities.

· Proven ability to create and author training resources.

· Superior written and verbal communication proficiency.

· Capable of performing tasks independently and collaborating within a team.

· Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
