Public Relations Specialist

We seek a dynamic public relations expert with a proven track record of media pitching and landing placements for B2B clients. Additional experience developing social media strategies and execution is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Public Relations:Develop and execute PR strategies, including press releases, media pitches, and media outreach
- Monitor media coverage and respond to media inquiries
- Social Media Management:Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Analyze social media metrics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Content Creation:Write compelling blog posts, articles, and other content for our website and social media channels
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content calendars
- Crisis Communication:Monitor for potential crises and develop crisis communication plans
- Respond to crises promptly and professionally
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in PR and social media
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Passion for social media and digital marketing
