Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent Comcast products and services to customers, providing demonstrations and education to maximize their experience.
  • Take a customer-first approach, listening to and evaluating customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Achieve sales and customer experience goals, working collaboratively with the team to drive results.
  • Provide comprehensive customer onboarding, ensuring customers understand how to use and manage Comcast products and services.
  • Perform operational and administrative tasks, partnering with customer care to resolve customer issues as needed.
  • Demonstrate sales excellence and professionalism, consistently delivering a warm and friendly demeanor to customers and teammates.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures, completing training requirements and engaging in team huddles and learning.
  • Understand sales compensation plans and their key elements, working to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.

Requirements:
