Job Summary

ADM is seeking a skilled Process Operator to join our team in Columbus, NE. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling various production processes to ensure high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control production processes to ensure compliance with specifications and parameters.
  • Analyze sample results and make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality.
  • Respond to alarm warnings and take corrective actions to resolve issues.
  • Collect and test product samples to verify quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Troubleshoot process and machine malfunctions and implement solutions to eliminate problems.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve efficient production processes.
  • Perform Lock-Out/Tag-Out/Try-Out procedures and adhere to safety and process requirements.
  • Provide training and guidance to field personnel as needed.
  • Record data and results on production parameters charts and other documentation.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
