Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

  • Oversee the President's schedule, including arranging meetings, coordinating travel, and planning events.
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing communications, such as emails, phone calls, reports, and internal messages.
  • Keep the executive's calendar current by adding events, rescheduling appointments, and providing daily updates.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, colleagues, and clients.
  • Organize and plan external events, including sporting events, concerts, and appreciation gatherings for customers and vendors.
  • Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality in all matters.

Social Media Management Duties:

  • Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media initiatives align with organizational objectives.

Qualifications:
