Job Opportunity at NUBOXX Fitness

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. This part-time, commissioned position offers potential for growth and is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for fitness and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Studio Manager in day-to-day operational responsibilities to ensure the studio runs efficiently.
  • Assist in overseeing the sales process and systems within the studio, driving and retaining daily membership sales, and delivering performance metrics.
  • Actively pursue enrollment of new members by establishing and maintaining leads from outside sources, tabling events, and outreach to local businesses.
  • Identify cross-marketing sales opportunities and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure the facility is clean, maintained, and operationally sound.
Requirements:
  • Sales driven with previous leadership experience.
  • Minimum of two to three years of proven success in fitness sales or relevant sales experience.
  • Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams, including memberships, personal training, and retail.
  • Strong interest in community investment and partnerships.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage client and staff concerns.
  • Strong computer skills with knowledge of MS Office programs and Google workspace.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings.
