Industrial Construction Specialist
Job Description:
As an Industrial Construction Specialist, you will be responsible for interpreting shop drawings, performing complex riggings, and installing equipment, machinery, or components with precision. This role requires the ability to read and process information for construction or fabrication, with a focus on industrial settings. Key skills include proficiency with pipe machines, burning torches, grinders, porta-band machines, chain falls, hand tools, and mobile equipment. Additionally, you will need to be able to read isometrics and PNID (Process and Instrumentation Diagrams).
Work Environment:
This is a fully on-site position with a duration of 8 months. The job sites will vary depending on the scope of the project, with a focus on industrial construction settings. You can expect to work early first shift, typically 7AM-3PM or longer, depending on the needs of the project. Projects are located in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, and you will be required to use your own vehicle to get to job sites. Weekend work may be required depending on project needs. Job sites include West Deptford, NJ; Hagerstown, MD; and other locations in NJ.
