Job Title: Pipefitter

Job Summary:

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Pipefitter to join our team. As a Pipefitter, you will be responsible for interpreting shop drawings, performing complex riggings, and precision installation of equipment, machinery, or components. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to read and process information for construction or fabrication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret shop drawings and perform complex riggings
  • Precision installation of equipment, machinery, or components
  • Read and process information for construction or fabrication
  • Operate specialized equipment, including pipe machines, burning torches, grinders, and chain falls
  • Use hand tools and mobile equipment as needed
  • Read and interpret Isometrics and PNID (Process and Instrumentation Diagram)
Work Environment:

This is a fully on-site position in KENTON, Delaware. The job sites will vary depending on the scope of the project, and you can expect to work in mostly industrial construction settings. You will use your own vehicle to get to job sites and typically won't need to stay overnight. Weekend work may be required depending on project needs.
