Job Opportunity

Cantrip, Inc. is a dynamic hemp and cannabis beverage manufacturing company seeking a skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with retailers and consumers in the Wisconsin marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other industry partners.
  • Conduct product training and demonstrations to educate retailers and consumers about Cantrip's products.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to plan and execute sales initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or MBA Degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in hemp, cannabis, or B2B beverage sales preferred.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Familiarity with email, Microsoft Office, and printing software.
  • Detailed oriented and extremely organized.
  • A passion for products and/or cannabis products.
  • Strong communicator who can provide exceptional customer service and react quickly to identify and solve problems.
