Key Responsibilities- Investigate product issues to understand product functions and failure mechanisms, and recommend appropriate action.
- Learn how our products are used and identify opportunities to add value to each downstream customer in the value chain.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gain important technical and business knowledge.
- Contribute to the development of new products and product enhancements.
- Utilize technical problem-solving skills to ensure product change management activities are aligned with customer requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- A minimum GPA of 2.5.
