We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Specialist to join our team at Scientific Research Corporation. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for conducting organizational studies and evaluations, designing systems and procedures, and conducting work simplification and measurement studies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Organizational Studies and Evaluations: Analyze and evaluate organizational structures, processes, and systems to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for change.
  • Design Systems and Procedures: Develop and implement new systems and procedures to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.
  • Conduct Work Simplification and Measurement Studies: Analyze and evaluate work processes to identify opportunities for simplification and improvement, and develop metrics to measure performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: In an Engineering, Technical, Business, Computer Science, or IT discipline.
  • Minimum 3 Years of Experience: In a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience supporting military programs.
  • Desired Skills: Experience with Navy C4I systems is preferred.
