Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our team at CAITTA INC. As a key member of our business analysis team, you will be responsible for working with business units to gain a deep understanding of customer business requirements, systems, and release plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct meetings with business subject matter experts and stakeholders.
  • Develop requirements and workflow processes with users and business subject matter experts.
  • Elicit and document business process flows, functional and non-functional requirements for business applications.
  • Document requirements by developing user stories, use cases, and/or functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-project team members to develop and maintain release backlogs.
  • Support backlog grooming activities.
  • Identify data sources and conduct systems analysis.
  • Produce documents according to the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing activities and review test results.
  • Plan, schedule, and manage meetings with stakeholders.
  • Track and maintain Action Items and Risks and Issues logs.

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience.
  • FDA experience highly desired.
  • Regulatory experience (HHS or other regulatory agencies) preferred.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Highly motivated, independent, and self-driven.
  • Ability to conduct effective interviews and interface with multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in providing quality work products and taking ownership of tasks.
  • Ability to manage meetings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Business/functional requirements development and maintenance.
  • Proven experience in backlog grooming.
  • Experience in utilizing various methodologies and SDLCs.

Work Environment:

Remote work options available with periodic onsite customer engagement in Rockville, MD, and quarterly meetings in DC.
