Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Service Response Center Representative to join our team. As a Service Response Center Representative, you will be responsible for processing customer requests by obtaining clear, concise directions and patient information. You will develop a flawless knowledge of the hospital facility and services in a relatively short period of time. You must be prompt, courteous, and customer service oriented in all interactions with patients, visitors, and co-workers. You will collaborate with team members as well as other support service departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent listening skills and telephone skills. You must be able to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers, and have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently. Prior experience in healthcare, customer service, front desk, or help desk is desired. A high school graduate or GED is required.
Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes opportunities for professional growth and development, a comprehensive health insurance plan, and a retirement savings plan.
Job Summary: As a Service Response Center Representative, you will be responsible for the documentation, communication, and dispatching of service requests from customers to the staff of the departments we serve.
