Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop the project scope and fee estimates while assisting in the creation of technical proposals and contracts.
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, managing the project team to ensure the successful delivery of scope, timelines, and budgets, all while meeting client expectations. Lead contract discussions and negotiations.
  • Conduct technical tasks including analysis, reporting, design, specifications, and production for assigned projects.
  • Implement the firm’s project delivery strategy.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of the project management plan, guiding and mentoring the team towards achieving overall project goals.
  • Manage project staffing responsibilities, including recruitment, development, retention, and succession planning for project personnel, along with supporting performance and compensation evaluations.
