Key Responsibilities
  • Perform service and maintenance on equipment, including preventive maintenance, safety checks, and corrective actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with technical developments and follow technical courses as instructed by the District Service Manager.
  • Respond to customers in a way that maximizes customer satisfaction, following company guidelines.
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and report on equipment issues, and plan and conduct service or repair as instructed.
  • Submit regular reports and maintain documentation in line with agreed standards.
  • Make judgments about the most cost-effective and efficient approach to providing service.
  • Maintain accurate records to ensure accurate invoicing to customers.
  • Manage and protect the security and traceability of spare parts.
  • Recognize sales opportunities and communicate with the District Service Manager.
  • Contribute to continuous quality improvement by providing feedback to the District Service Manager.
  • Coach and train junior colleagues and trainees as necessary.
Requirements
  • Driving license
  • Minimum high school education or equivalent; technical or secondary college preferred
  • 3+ years of mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical operations or military equivalent experience
