Job Title: Collision Center Manager

Diehl Collision Centers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Collision Center Manager to join our team at our Grove City location. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our collision repair center to achieve exceptional results in quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of estimators, CSR, and technicians to ensure efficient and effective collision repair services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed DRP objectives, quality control standards, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Manage accounts receivable, open ROs, and work in process to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Collaborate with the sales, parts, and service departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including a clean shop and tools, to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Monitor and minimize waste, including rework, to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Track and maintain proper KPIs for labor, parts, sublet, and material to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements:
  • Two years of management experience in the automotive collision repair industry, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • PA Motor Vehicle Damage Appraisers License.
  • Experience with CCC One or similar estimating software.
