As a key contributor to our business transformation initiatives, you will leverage your expertise in SAP S/4 HANA, IBP S&OP/Demand/Control Tower/Inventory/Response and Supply to drive business success.
Responsibilities:- Implement SAP IBP Modules: With a strong background in implementing SAP IBP modules in complex ERP landscapes, you will lead the implementation of SAP IBP solutions to drive business transformation.
- Client Workshops and Requirements Gathering: Conduct client workshops to translate business requirements into SAP IBP-based designs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Business Planning and Optimization: Optimize business plans by effectively balancing demand, supply, and inventory, increasing the speed and agility of the planning process. Configure IBP Process Templates to enable business users to develop budgets, run simulations, and model constraints at various aggregation and planning levels.
- Advanced Statistical Forecasting: Configure advanced statistical forecasting models, including gradient boosting, to improve forecast accuracy.
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Business is required.
- IT Project Experience: 10+ years of experience working in IT projects as a Business Analyst in Integrated Business Planning or Supply Chain Planning roles.
- SAP IBP Expertise: Deep experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) – S&OP/Demand/Control Tower/Inventory/Response and Supply.
- Additional Skills: Expertise in Demand Sensing, modeling external downstream demand signals, and integration with cloud platforms.
