Job Description

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to join our team. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day shop operations, including management of Maitre D's and Massage Therapists. You will also be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and retaining a best-in-class shop team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster meaningful, positive relationships with your team and guests
  • Manage day-to-day shop operations, including management of Maitre D's and Massage Therapists
  • Recruit, interview, onboard, and retain a best-in-class shop team
  • Build and maintain staff schedules
  • Provide consistent, transparent feedback to your team to ensure Squeeze standards are upheld at all times
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local massage therapy schools, professional associations, and local businesses in your community
  • Execute operations, HR, and local marketing objectives
  • Manage timekeeping and payroll reporting for your staff
  • Resolve employee relations and guest issues, while also maintaining culture and morale
  • Manage inventory and minimize shrink
Requirements
  • 5-10 years in retail, preferably hospitality or service-related experience
  • Experienced in operating a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Previously managed a minimum of 15 direct reports
  • Advanced expertise in recruiting, onboarding, and developing a team
  • Inventory management and scheduling expertise
  • Must be available to work Wednesday-Sunday weekly
  • Proven track record in building consistent, recurring retail business, and delivering an exceptional guest experience
