About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Specialist to join our team in Atlanta, GA. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for managing complex projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. With a strong background in civil engineering and project management, you will work closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects that meet their needs.

The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and a health savings account (HSA).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver high-quality projects.
  • Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
  • Manage project teams and ensure they have the necessary resources and support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in transportation design and project management.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
