Educational Scholarships
Chick-fil-A believes in the importance of education. We offer $2,500 Leadership Scholarships to eligible employees, along with a chance to win an additional $25,000 Scholarship awarded to two selected team members each year.

Training and Development
Employees aspiring to become a Chick-fil-A Operator can gain practical experience through our Leadership Development program, which is available at Intermediate and Advanced levels at our corporate office.

Role Responsibilities
Foster a culture of excellence and create loyal customers by adhering to the principles of Second Mile Service (2MS), Operational Excellence (OE), and Creating Emotional Connections (EC).

Key Duties

  • Comprehend and adhere to all sections of the Employee Handbook.
  • Understand the principles of Second Mile Service (2MS), Operational Excellence (OE), and Creating Emotional Connections (EC).
  • Ensure accurate portioning that meets all presentation and quality standards.
  • Implement the FIFO (First In, First Out) method consistently.
  • Safeguard the customer experience by maintaining high standards in packaging, food presentation, and quality.
  • Effectively manage customer concerns and contribute positively to customer recovery.
  • Arrive on time, maintain a positive attitude, and work diligently throughout your shift.
  • Continuously seek improvement in your work processes.
  • Actively pursue certification and seek opportunities for cross-training.
  • Take responsibility for covering your shift if unable to work.
  • Ensure compliance with appearance standards as outlined in the Handbook.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Exhibit good stewardship and ownership of the business.
  • Utilize holding and timing systems effectively in the Heart of the House (HOH).
  • Monitor waste and store items according to established procedures.
