Job Description

At Apixio, we're revolutionizing the healthcare industry by creating a Connected Care platform that minimizes reimbursement inaccuracies and enhances patient care. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our Total Rewards strategy, ensuring our compensation, benefits, and rewards programs attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the Total Rewards strategy, encompassing compensation, benefits, incentives, and recognition programs.
  • Benchmark and analyze market data to ensure our rewards programs remain competitive and cost-effective.

Compensation:

  • Implement competitive and equitable compensation programs, including salary structures, levels, and bonus plans.
  • Lead the annual compensation review cycle, including salary increases and bonuses.

Benefits:

  • Design and manage benefits programs, including health, wellness, and other employee benefit offerings.
  • Stay informed of trends and legislative requirements to ensure compliance and competitiveness in the benefits landscape.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead and develop the Total Rewards team, providing guidance, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with HR leadership, finance, legal, and other key stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of Total Rewards initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in Total Rewards, compensation, or benefits, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
