Physical Demands
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Capability to navigate construction sites safely, including traversing uneven terrain, ascending stairs, and climbing ladders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily construction operations, including contract management, scheduling, quality assurance, subcontractor supervision, client engagement, and maintaining essential project documentation such as submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, punch lists, and correspondence.
  • Manage estimating, scoping, and administration of subcontracts and modifications.
  • Facilitate weekly progress meetings and support superintendents with daily reporting, safety documentation, inspections, and material logistics.
  • Coordinate and oversee tasks to ensure compliance with planned sequences, schedules, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.
