Landscape Installation Project Manager

BraveView, Inc. is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee landscape installation projects within a dynamic construction environment. This role is essential for coordinating various teams and ensuring successful project execution.

As the Project Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager of Construction and will be responsible for managing landscape installation projects valued between $50K and $1M+. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be self-driven, and excel in a fast-paced setting where prioritizing team and client satisfaction is paramount.

This position offers a unique opportunity to influence the growth-oriented culture through process enhancement, staff training, and strategic job planning, utilizing daily dashboards and fostering client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of landscape installation projects, collaborating with Superintendents on scheduling materials, equipment, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Manage documentation including RFI's, Change Orders, and Submittals, while identifying qualified vendors and managing project plans.
  • Assist in the Change Order Review process, including scope assessment, pricing, and contract evaluation.
  • Ensure project timelines and budgets are met through effective cost management and revenue optimization.
  • Establish budgets and conduct monthly financial reporting.
  • Handle permitting and maintain comprehensive document management.
  • Lead the Punch List and Closeout processes to ensure client satisfaction and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Maintain proactive communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Build and nurture professional relationships with developers, contractors, architects, and property managers, serving as the primary contact for clients.
  • Represent the company positively and ethically to clients.
  • Implement quality control measures through thorough inspections of completed work.
  • Uphold high professional standards with a focus on compliance and safety.
  • Assist in the adoption of technology to streamline processes and improve data reporting.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Horticulture, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in construction project management, engineering, or coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills with a commitment to accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office technologies.
  • Spanish language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
