About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Landscape Architect to join our team at Aspen Talent Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and managing wide-reaching projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage projects from design to build, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Design projects to meet specific codes and regulations in various states, including Florida, Texas, and Oklahoma.
  • Prepare and present project proposals to clients, showcasing your expertise and creativity.
  • Lead a team of architects, engineers, builders, and other professionals to deliver large-scale projects.
  • Manage subcontractors, budgets, and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Contribute to business development by directly engaging with clients and identifying new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in landscape architecture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong design and drafting skills, with proficiency in CAD software.
  • Knowledge of real estate developments and large-scale amenities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Availability to travel as needed.
