What You'll Do:
  • Run your client portfolio with entrepreneurial spirit, given the necessary infrastructure and support.
  • Build and nurture your individual brand and the Bohler brand through your presence in the local marketplace.
  • Steer the direction and scope of your clients' projects as a quarterback.
  • Mentor, train, and develop your team of landscape architects and designers.
  • Empower and encourage your team to reach new levels of success, providing opportunities for growth in their careers.
  • Be a true business partner and subject matter expert to your clients, listening to their needs and providing technical expertise to help them accomplish their master planning and landscape design goals.

What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or Planning from an accredited program.
  • RLA/LLA license preferred.
  • A history of building, motivating, and leading high-performance site design teams.
  • Experience nurturing and growing client relationships while delivering Best-in-Class service.
