Role Summary
The Merchant Services Evaluator is tasked with assessing the financial reliability of various enterprises. This role involves scrutinizing financial information, pinpointing potential risks, and providing insights to mitigate financial exposure. Key responsibilities include examining financial documents and documenting detailed observations on accounts.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with merchants to collect necessary information related to reconciliation inquiries.
  • Ensure timely receipt of all required documentation.
  • Generate precise and comprehensive notes and entries in our internal databases.
  • Conduct thorough financial data analysis.
  • Compile detailed reports based on financial evaluations.
  • Maintain effective communication throughout the review process.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Occasionally undertake additional tasks as directed by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Highly organized and adept at managing numerical data.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Resourceful and willing to take on various assignments to support team objectives.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel is essential.
  • Previous experience in financial analysis is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Experience in a related field is also beneficial.

Compensation Package
  • Hourly wage ranging from $18 to $20, commensurate with experience.
