">The Administrative Specialist will provide day-to-day support to the Associate Dean of the College of Professional and Global Education, PaGE. This role will involve coordinating meetings, planning special projects, and providing administrative coordination with faculty, staff, students, campus partners, and external stakeholders.
">Salary Information
">We offer a competitive salary ranging from $46,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
">About the Position
">This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The incumbent will work in a multicultural/multiethnic environment and must be able to communicate effectively with diverse populations.

- Organizing meetings and travel arrangements for the Associate Dean;">
- Planning and coordinating special projects;">
- Providing administrative coordination with faculty, staff, students, campus partners, and external stakeholders;">
- Serving as the college scheduler for PaGE programs;">
- Coordinating class schedule information;">
- Facilitating schedule changes and cancellations;">
- Generating reports related to the Class Schedule;">
- Welcoming and providing hospitality to visitors;">
- Maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity to the needs of various university partners and diverse populations.">

Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university and/or equivalent training and administrative work experience. You should also have excellent interpersonal, writing, and organizing skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
