Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be tasked with:

  • Expert Dozer Operation: Safely and proficiently maneuvering dozers to push and distribute rock materials, while maintaining work areas to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Advanced Equipment Operation: Operating various heavy machinery, including loaders and haul trucks, with a focus on maximizing productivity.
  • Training and Mentorship: Potentially guiding new operators in safe and effective equipment handling techniques.
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Conducting routine maintenance on machinery, identifying and resolving minor mechanical issues to ensure continuous production.
  • Safety Leadership: Upholding a strong safety culture by adhering to all safety protocols and setting a positive example for fellow operators.
  • Communication: Maintaining open lines of communication with supervisors and team members regarding equipment status and production updates.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Extensive experience in operating heavy equipment, especially dozers.
  • Strong understanding of rock crushing operations.
  • Ability to work in physically demanding conditions.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.

Desired:

  • Experience in mining or construction sectors.
  • Familiarity with GPS and advanced machinery technologies.
  • Relevant certifications in heavy equipment operation.
Working Environment
