About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned Registered Nurse with a passion for education and training to lead our clinical education programs. As a Clinical Education Manager, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality educational programs that foster excellence in patient care and promote a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement clinical education programs that align with VNS Health's strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with education staff to create an annual training calendar and ensure a coordinated approach to ongoing programs
  • Ensure clinical education programs meet the needs of a diverse patient population and address patient-centered care
  • Manage the implementation of clinical staff development programs, including orientation, in-services, training, and other learning activities
  • Monitor and evaluate program outcomes and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
  • Current license and registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent work experience required; Master's Degree in Nursing preferred
  • Minimum four years' experience in a community-based or long-term home health setting, including at least two years with a primary focus on education and training
  • Medicare experience strongly preferred
