Position Summary:

Responsible for procuring real estate information from a national network of vendors, ensuring adherence to quality, turnaround, and cost standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely assignment of tasks to suitable vendors.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with examiners to assess turnaround times.
  • Review and validate data submitted by abstractors for accuracy and completeness.
  • Monitor abstracting expenses and make necessary adjustments to files.
  • Engage with County offices for clarification when required.
  • Update status and inform clients of any delays.
  • Attach relevant searches to the corresponding files.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Possess a personable, positive, collaborative, and professional demeanor.
  • Willingness to learn, develop, accept guidance, and work overtime as needed.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the Title or Mortgage industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
