The practice location is at the Kaiser Permanente Sunnyside Medical Center with one day a week at KP Westside Medical Specialty Clinic. This is a permanent 1.0 FTE position with the opportunity to work a 4/5 day work week and do virtual visits from home. There is no stroke call, allowing you to focus on epilepsy-focused care.
Key Benefits:
Salary range: $355,100- $380,800 (1.0 FTE)
Additional Lifestyle $23,600 annually
New Hire Sign-on Bonus $25,000
Relocation reimbursement up to $15,000
Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, Disability coverages, 401(k), Paid Time Off, and Education leave 2 weeks a year (Paid Time Off)
