Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Care Specialist to join our team at the Good Samaritan Medical Ctr campus. This individual will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, operating complex medical equipment, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Responsibilities:

  1. Operate Cardiac Stress Testing equipment with competency and accuracy, providing good quality data.
  2. Perform routine and emergency EKG and Signal Average ECG's according to procedure, downloading, collating, preparing for physician interpretation, transcribing physician interpretations into database system, and processing confirmed reports.
  3. Demonstrate knowledge and expertise in Holter monitor set up and instruction to patients per physician order, assuring high-quality tracings.
  4. Provide clerical reception duties as required, identifying needs, par levels, and ordering all necessary supplies for the CPS department.
  5. Participate in in-service and professional educational activities as appropriate.

Qualifications:

Education:

A High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience:

A minimum of one year non-invasive medical diagnostic testing experience is preferred.

Licensure/Certification:

Current American Heart Association approved CPR certification is required.

Pay Range: USD $31.42 - $44.15 /Hr.
