Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical SME to join our team at Brillius Technologies. As a Technical SME, you will be responsible for deploying and managing Windows 10/11 operating systems using Microsoft Intune and SCCM.
Key Responsibilities:- Deploy and manage Windows 10/11 operating systems using Microsoft Intune and SCCM
- Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Intune and SCCM environments
- Develop and implement Windows 10/11 image builds and deployment scripts
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies and best practices
- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and Windows 10/11 deployment
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and SCCM
- Strong understanding of Windows 10/11 operating systems and Microsoft technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience with Windows 10/11 image building and deployment
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and SQL queries
- Understanding of networking concepts and protocols
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and SCCM application packaging and OS security patching
