About the Role:


Diverse Lynx LLC is seeking an experienced SCCM Engineer to join our team. As an SCCM Engineer, you will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and managing endpoint devices using SCCM.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Endpoint Management: Deploy, configure, and manage endpoint devices using SCCM.
  • Software Deployment: Plan and execute software deployments, updates, and patches.
  • Device Support: Provide technical support for client devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Security Compliance: Ensure endpoint devices comply with security policies and standards.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on endpoint devices.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and support of endpoint devices.


Qualifications:



  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in endpoint management and support.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SCCM (Intune a plus), strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or similar.
  • Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell).
