Manage all operational equipment efficiently.
Organize and transfer ingredients from the delivery area to storage, workspaces, and refrigeration units.
Prepare food products with precision.
Handle and process customer orders via telephone.
Conduct inventory checks and complete necessary documentation.
Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facilities on a daily basis.
Possess the ability to perform basic arithmetic operations accurately and swiftly (calculator usage permitted). Must be capable of providing correct monetary change. Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills are essential for processing orders. Demonstrate motor coordination to execute precise movements quickly and accurately. Proficient in entering orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen interface. Ability to understand and provide clear written instructions. Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to manage orders both over the phone and in person. Responsible for delivering products by vehicle and ensuring they reach the customer's door. Distribute promotional materials such as flyers and door hangers. Exhibit navigational skills to interpret maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area. Must be able to navigate various terrains, including multi-story buildings and residential properties, while carrying products.
