At CMP, we're committed to delivering exceptional patient care and experiences. As a Supervisor, Faculty Practice, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide coverage and support to the Director and physician(s) of the practice
  • Coordinate and supervise clerical and/or clinical team members, including scheduling, registration, billing, collection, patient and team member satisfaction, and purchasing
  • Serve as liaison between the practice and administration to ensure continuity of care for patients and provide an optimal patient experience

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a medical office and/or health system
  • Experience in reconciling account information
  • Moderate understanding of inventory
  • Computer skills, including data entry and spreadsheets
  • Excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, positive attitude, ability to multitask, organized, and flexibility

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of billing, coding, and collections experience
  • Supervisory experience
  • EMR experience
