Position: Experienced Carpenter for Customer-Focused Installations

Location: Pataskala, OH

Compensation: $18-27 per hour (Dependent on Experience)

Comprehensive Benefits Package, including Profit Sharing and 401K

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1st Shift (Flexible Hours)

40 hours per week with potential for overtime as needed

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Assist with warranty service repairs for both new and existing homes, along with other assigned tasks.
  • Experience variety in your work; each assignment and location will differ.
  • Engage with customers, site managers, builders, and various teams across sales and operations.
  • Transport and unload materials at various job sites.
  • Enjoy your work and have fun

Required Skills:

  • Positive Attitude and Team-Oriented
  • Proven Carpentry Skills and Experience, including:
    • Interior Trim (Cabinet Installation)
    • Exterior Trim (Corner Window Trim & Hand Plank Siding Installation)
    • Framing (Constructing Walls, Floors & Roofs)
  • Capability to lift 50-80 lbs (team lifting when necessary)
  • Effective communication skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Physical ability to stand, stoop, crawl, crouch, reach, climb, and maintain balance
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience/training
  • Attention to Detail and Precision
