We are seeking a highly skilled Carpenter to join our team at LEAD Staffing. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for assembling and installing wood, metal, and concrete framing systems, as well as performing various carpentry tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble and install wood, metal, and concrete framing systems
- Perform various carpentry tasks, including wood and steel framing, concrete forming, and installation of formwork ties
- Build custom concrete forms, including bulkheads and construction joints
- Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality work
- Collaborate with foremen and superintendents to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- At least three years of experience as a Carpenter or in a related field
- Knowledge of commonly used form systems and carpentry techniques
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials and equipment
