Product Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Engineer - Mechanical to join our team at Manpower Inc.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement design solutions for mechanical products, ensuring high-quality and functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and engineer products that meet customer requirements.
- Utilize CAD software (CATIA/UG/Pro E) to create 2D/3D designs and models.
- Conduct analysis and simulations to optimize product performance and efficiency.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop design proposals that meet their expectations.
- Manage and maintain design databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proficient in English (oral and written) and strong communication skills.
- Experience with CAD software and design principles.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
