Are you ready to make an impact? As a Quality Assurance Automation Specialist at ServiceTitan, you will collaborate with a dedicated team of Web Developers, UX Designers, and Marketers to enhance and optimize our marketing websites.

Your role will involve creating and executing both automated and manual tests to ensure the functionality and reliability of our online platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in automated testing frameworks, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional web experiences.


Key Responsibilities:
Develop and sustain automated test scripts for our marketing websites utilizing industry-standard tools and frameworks.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design comprehensive test cases and scenarios.

Conduct automated and manual testing across mobile and desktop devices on various browsers, analyzing results to identify defects, performance bottlenecks, and areas for enhancement.

Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software.
Continuously assess and refine the efficiency and effectiveness of automated testing methodologies.
Engage in code reviews, sprint planning, and other agile development practices.
Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in QA automation and integrate best practices into our testing approach.
Contribute to the overall quality assurance strategy and provide insights on testing methodologies and tools.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field, or equivalent professional experience.
Demonstrated experience in QA automation testing for web applications, particularly in a marketing or e-commerce context.

Proficient programming skills in Javascript or Typescript are essential; familiarity with additional languages such as Python or Java is advantageous.

Hands-on experience or substantial knowledge of Cypress is required, with experience in other automated testing tools and frameworks like Playwright, Selenium, or Puppeteer being a plus.

Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative and remote team environment.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
Experience in manual and automated testing on various browsers for mobile and desktop devices is beneficial.
